Job Description

 Overseeing HR initiatives, systems and policies.  Take charge on the master list of employees from updating on soft copy and hard copy.  Assist on the needs of employees concerning HR matters. (certificates, documents, IDs, records)  Prepare contract for the intern, new employee, existing employee for renewal of employment visa.  Doing the recruitment and hiring, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, training.  Posting ads for the vacant position in our company. (skillbee)  Conduct performance evaluation to all my assistants’ subject for merit increase and promotion.  Conduct phone, initial interview to all applicants.  Facilitate orientation for the intern, new employee and regulars.  Prepare monthly salary of all employees (with or without bank account, interns, freelancer).  Accommodate all the inquiries especially on salary, timekeeping matters.  Prepare and update all the database such as annual leave, sick leave, covid positive.  Take charge on the approval from the management the employees request (salary loan, supplies on personnel and office needs).  Act as PRO, visa processing, emirates ID (new and renewal)  Monitoring the status of visa and emirates ID application form  Take charge on the PO Box, Dubai customs and trade license renewal.  Follow-up ICA on the emirates ID CARD.  Prepare the excel sheet for the medical insurance.  Check emails for any update to work on.  Collecting over usage of postpaid plan to employees with company sim card.  Monitoring of the employees who are sick, on vacation regarding their flight.  Conduct disciplinary actions.  Providing counseling on policies and procedures  Facilitate the meeting from outside client like medical insurance broker/agent.  Prepare report on a weekly basis the update on HR matter for the Friday Pizza Party.  Act as event coordinator on the major company activity like Christmas Party, and so on.  Maintain cleanliness of the area.  Performs other duties as maybe required.

You can expect a minimum salary of AED 4000 and can go up to AED 8000. The salary offered will depend on your skills and experience.
