Job Description

Internal Trainer • Laise with managers and functional heads to determine training needs and schedule training sessions. • Conduct employee surveys and interviws for understanding employee potential and work related knowledge. • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures. • Plan,design and implement an effective training curriculum according to the need basis. • Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations. • Train and guide new employees. • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to the training given.  Evaluate the outcome of training sessions  Organize and conduct employee engagement activities and ensure all are actively participating.  Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate record of trainee progress and achievements.  Assist in conducting employee performance appraisal.  Give special attention to non-performers; train and develop them.  Overseeing and monitoring training costs against budgets  Critically examining the trainees’ understanding and progress and making necessary adjustments to the program.  Scheduling training sessions to minimize disruption to normal working. • Conducts training programs for administration, middle management and front line employees. • Keeps up with and applies the latest teaching techniques to a corporate training environment. • Works to keep training programs vibrant and entertaining in order to engage employees and trainees. • Ensures that all training materials and programs are compliant with laws and regulations governing the country and the industry. • Create a positive learning environment/culture
