A newly Established Facility Management company located in Abu Dhabi is looking for a bilingual FM maintenance supervisor with 5-7 years experience in the related field with a UAE driving license(must), duties include but not limited to the below : Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work. Recruiting, supervising and training maintenance technicians. The right candidate should have experience in Air-conditioning , and MEP Salary package : 35******0 Dhs (non-negotiable) + shared accommodation and transportation provided.

A HVAC Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of a building's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. A typical job duties include monitoring systems to ensure proper performance; training employees on how to use the HVAC system; issuing repair orders when necessary; and following up on repairs.
1. A valid certification as a HVAC supervisor is required by many employers.
2. Supervisors must have excellent problem solving skills and be able to take action when problems arise in the workplace.
3. It is important that supervisors have good organizational skills, as they will need to oversee multiple departments within an organization while keeping track of deadlines and ensuring all workers are following safety protocols..
4. Finally, it is essential that supervisors possess strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and heating/cooling equipment- this will allow them to diagnose issues quickly and recommend solutions tailored to their specific workplace environment..
