What is a Insurance Advisor?

An insurance advisor is a professional who helps people understand and protect their personal financial security by providing guidance on various types of insurance. They can help identify which policies are best for each individual, recommend changes to existing coverage, and offer recommendations for creating an emergency fund. Advisors also may be able to provide information about how claims processes work and what steps claimants should take if they experience a loss or damage.

What qualifications are required to become a Insurance Advisor?

1. A minimum of two years experience in the insurance industry is required to become a Insurance Advisor.

2. Previous experience managing complex claims and processes is ideal for this profession.
