Employment: Full Time -Reporting to: Manager -Duration: Permanent Position -Desired Start Date: Immediately -Probation: 6 months Objectives: -Enthusiastic, Playful, Fun Personality that works great with kids to ensure that they are playing and happy. -The job will include interacting, playing, story telling, activities with children as well as supervising and ensuring their safety in Play area. Main Responsibilities: - Warm and enthusiastic greetings to all the Extreme Fun guests of all ages. - Interacting with kids and parents and leading activities. - Responsible for ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met at all times. - Supervising children while playing. - Help in designing monthly and weekly activities - Highlighting potential hazards to manager. - Research and practice new games and activities to be implemented in play area. - Prepare, supervise, and conduct parties, camps and other events. - Responsible for updating and maintaining Standard Operational Procedures, forms, templates and checklists for the activity programs and ensure that all procedures are adhered to. - To work well within in the team - Report any incidents or issues to manager - To work in shift patterns, show flexibility, to accommodate changes with special events - To man reception and server counter when requested - To ensure top customer service and handle customer complaints and report them to manager. - Working Hours: as per labor law Qualifications: - Nature and length of previous experience: Must have previous experience interacting with children - Specialist knowledge: Skills in storytelling, face painting, arts and crafts, dancing, balloon bending, clowning etc. are all pluses. - Skills in party planning and coordinating - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Enthusiastic, creative, good communicator, positive, happy, team player, responsible, hardworking, flexible. A kid’s club attendant is someone who works at a kids club and helps children with their activities. They may be responsible for providing snacks, games, and other entertainment.
