What is a Kitchen Wardrobe Carpenter?

A kitchen wardrobe carpenter is a tradesman who builds custom cabinets and other woodworking projects. They use hand tools, including saws, hammers, chisels and planes to make precise cuts and fit pieces of wood together like puzzle pieces. Kitchen wardrobe carpenters also may work with power tools such as routers or jigsaws to create finished products faster than traditional methods.

What qualifications are required to become a Kitchen Wardrobe Carpenter?

1. Must have a minimum of two years' experience in the kitchen wardrobe industry.

2. Must be able to follow instruction and work independently while maintaining high standards for quality control.

3. Possesses good hand-eye coordination, accuracy, and attention to detail when constructing garments from fabric or wood pieces.

4. Have knowledge of construction methods such as hammering nails, sawing lumber, sewing seams together neatly, etc., necessary for making wardrobes correctly (e..g using MDF boards instead of particle board).

5. Understands how clothing is worn and tailored specifically for different body types so that garment fits closely without being too tight or constricting
