Balance Tower General Contracting Company is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Landscape Engineer in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 2-10 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A landscape engineer is a professional who designs and oversees the maintenance of landscapes. They may work for governmental or private organizations, designing parks, gardens, golf courses etc. Landscape engineers often have a degree in horticulture or land management. They use surveying equipment to measure and map out areas they are working on, and typically use plants as part of their design schemes. Their aim is to create aesthetically pleasing landscapes that function well both functionally (providing shelter from weather conditions; attracting wildlife) and esthetically (pleasing the eye).
1. A Landscape Engineer should have a 4-year degree in landscape architecture or a related field
2. They must be experienced in designing landscapes and managing projects
3. certification as an urban planner, registered engineer, or certified land surveyor may be required
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for the position
5. Experience working with software such as AutoCAD or Revit is beneficial
1. Knowledge and understanding of the principles of landscape design, including soil science, plant biology, ecology, geology and meteorology.
2. Ability to analyze landforms and develop plans for their improvement based on an assessment of needs specific to that site.
3. Expertise in using mapping software (GIS) or other spatial analysis tools to produce detailed drawings and maps related to landscaping projects.
4. Proven experience working with plants in a professional setting; knowledge of common garden plants is beneficial but not required .

Have sense of defining technical problems, collect appropriate and related data to establish solutions / results. -The ability to acknowledge a crisis and take timely corrective action. -Ability to make mid-project corrections as business conditions change. -High level of computer literacy. -Professional accreditation from an international organization.
