Job description We are looking for highly energetic, passionate and sales-driven candidate for banking sales opportunity. A loan sales is a process where someone borrows money from a lender in order to purchase something. The borrower typically pays the interest and principal back over time, with some exceptions.
1. A minimum of two years experience in the mortgage industry is required to become a Loan Salesperson.
2. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as loan customers can be very demanding and critical of salespeople's work performance.
3. Strong negotiating skills are necessary to get loans approved and closed quickly; often times, borrowers will require concessions from lenders in order to secure a deal.
4. Knowledge of financial products and terms is also important, as loan buyers will want information on specific features or benefits offered by particular products before making an offer or committing funds formally。 、5。 Must have excellent interpersonal communication abilities - Loan Sales people need to build relationships with clients not only during negotiations but throughout the entire process．
