Job Description

Main responsibilities • Responsible for import/export shipment coordination of customers based on an international level and GCC Countries. • Preparing documents for Customs Clearance and Customs submission on time. • Responsible for all custom duty, duty exemption & custom deposit • Preparing & verifying the LC Documents for the Import & Export shipments • Handling all kind of customs clearance process and Freight forwarding of Sea and air • Coordinating with Dubai Customs for the Duty payment and Customs formalities • Closely monitoring all inbound and outbound international shipments • Track and trace all the import and export shipment and updating the concerned party • Coordinate with Shipping line & Freight Forwarders for booking the shipments and to obtain B/L & AWB on time • Liaising with TRA & Dubai Customs Authorities for import and Export formalities. • Post-shipment documentation and dispatch documents to Consignee/Customer • Daily follow-up and update on ‘cargo & document status’ • To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner • Coordinate with warehouse team to arrange the cargo for dispatch/loading on time • Performs other duties as assigned Requirements • Previous minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role • Must have knowledge on Import & Export documentation • Knowledge of Custom system, L/C, E-Mirsal system (customs documentation) • Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies • Passionate, Independent & Flexible • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong administrative skills • Time management • Self-motivated and be able to organize work effectively and maintain records • Good knowledge on Microsoft Office, Excel, Word Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
