Hiring (Female only) Logistics coordinator cum Secretary to Sales Manager for a Dubai based company. Salary: 2500 to 3000 AED + Visa & Insurance Working hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, (Sat & Sun 2 days off) To perform following duties & responsibilities: • To manage freight forwarders list • To prepare internal shipping documents accurately • To get quotes from forwarders • Once shipment done then retrieve the shipping/ custom documents from forwarders • To handle and update custom accounts properly • Support sales team in their different daily tasks • To prepare and manage hard files of different reports for sales team • Assist sales team with their meetings with customers • Prepare daily required reports for sales manager Secretarial Duties: • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence. • Arranging meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) • Preparing, collating and filing reports. • Managing databases. • Prioritising workloads. • Any other task assigned by the sales manager Who can apply?
