They may work with suppliers to ensure that products arrive on time, keep track of inventory levels, or plan deliveries to maximize efficiency. A logistics coordinator may also help coordinate customer service issues related to product shipments.
1. A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
2. Experience in coordinating and managing shipping processes is helpful but not mandatory.
3. Strong organizational skills are essential for the role because logistical coordinators must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping deadlines and budgets in mind.
