A Maintenance Foreman is responsible for the overall maintenance of a facility. This may include overseeing workers as they carry out repairs and replacements, ordering supplies, communicating with vendors, and leading inspections. A Maintenance Foreman also ensures that all equipment is in working order so that it can be used efficiently.
A Maintenance Foreman must be able to lead a team of workers and have excellent problem solving skills. They must also have experience working with machinery, know how to use tools, and be familiar with safety procedures.
