A Maintenance Supervisor is a position in which the individual oversees and manages maintenance activities within an organization. They ensure that all systems are running smoothly and keep track of any necessary repairs or replacements. A Maintenance Supervisor also helps to create schedules for repairs, monitors employee performance during these times, provides guidance to other employees on how best to complete their tasks, and ensures compliance with safety regulations
1. A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.
2. Experience performing maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment is beneficial.
3. Familiarity with computer-aided design software is essential for supervising maintenance crews.
4. Excellent organizational skills are necessary to oversee multiple workers and maintain records of work completed/in progress . 5.. Ability to lead and manage people effectively
