Maintenance Supervisor Job in Dubai

Responsibilities: •Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the engineering functions under his control • To ensure that the property and assets are maintained in the highest order • Supervise and direct the daily activities of all Mechanical Engineering Department supervisors and subordinates • Observe activities to ensure adherence to policies and operating procedures • Check on completed repair and maintenance works to ensure that established standards have been met • Handle grievances, suggestions and complaints by colleagues and recommends appropriate action to Resident Engineer • Submit a comprehensive monthly report to Resident Engineer on activities carried out for the month (if required) • Be familiar with and comply with all relevant Engineering department policies, processes and procedures • To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management. Skills: -Must have experience in mechanical engineering division within the hospitality/hotel division -Should be fluent in English
