Maintenance Technician Job in Dubai

Manage all physical plant system inspections and maintenance, including security, emergency lighting, fire alarm and firefighting system and plumbing. • Installing new equipment according to customer requirements, and perform initial testing and optimization procedures to ensure correct and efficient operation. • Responded to customer repair requests for individual machines and entire building system in a timely manner. • Manage building mechanical systems, including completing routine maintenance, repairing faulty equipment’s and recommending upgrades when necessary. • Support other staff to ensure maintenance is done on a timely basis adhering to the quality standards
