A good Marketing Executive should have strong business skills as well as knowledge of consumer behavior and technology trends.
1. The marketing executive should have a bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
2. They need to be able to think critically and problem solve while working with others in the organization.
3. They must have strong communication skills as they will be required to liaise with different departments within an organization and externally partners/customers.
4. Previous experience in sales, customer service or product management is beneficial but not essential for the role of Marketing Executive - training can help develop these skills if necessary).
