"1. Min 5 Years experience in maintenance of material handling equipment like belt conveyor, belt replacement & repair, bucket conveyor, chain conveyor ,crusher, stalker & re-claimer, bagging system, bridge crane, coke cutting system, Ship loader, Rotary Dryer/Kiln etc. 2. The experience of maintenance of Rotary Equipment like Pumps, Conveyor belts and belt Vulcanization is an added advantage.

What is a Mechanical Technician?

What qualifications are required to become a Mechanical Technician?

1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

2. CNA/CLC certification is preferred, but not mandatory.

3. Experience in a mechanical engineering field is recommended, but not necessary for employment as a technician.

What are the skills required to become a Mechanical Technician?

3. Must be skilled in using hand tools including power saws, drills, lathes etc., as well as machines such as CNC routers or mills.
