Job description Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Minimum 3 years experience in Waste Water Treatment Plant and Equipment Manufacturing field. UAE Driving license is an added advantage. Skills: Strong knowledge in Mechanical Installation works. Ability to solve problems and repair equipment on site. Determining the kind of tools and equipment to do a Job. Knowledge of mathematics pretaining to equipment assembling, refurbishment and installations. Ability to climb ladders. Good knowledge of Health and safety regulations for water sectors. Excellent self-driven qualities. Ability to crouch, kneel and work in confined areas for extended periods. Advanced knowledge of modern equipment, machines & Tools. Excellent communication skills. Having a working experience in UAE and other GCC/ North African regions Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Mechanical Technicians are responsible for the maintenance, repair and overhaul or Installation of mechanical systems used in the water industry/ Sector. To work according to the Drawing / Sketch/sample given by the Installation Supervisor. To carry out the responsibility of Gas cutting, Grinding, Fabricating, Welding, Drilling, fixing, installing and helping in all activities of the workshop and sites. To select the right tools and resources to carry out site work in line with company standards. To Maintain discipline in the working area. Appropriate Use of Machines and Tools.
