What is a MEP Foreman?

A MEP Foreman is responsible for supervising and managing a work crew of MEP technicians. They are in charge of ensuring the quality of a project while keeping workers safe.

What qualifications are required to become a MEP Foreman?

1. A good understanding of MEP processes and equipment;

2. Experience working with MEP software programs such as Catia or SolidWorks;

3. Proven experience leading a team of engineers in the preparation, installation, commissioning and maintenance phases for MEP systems;

4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;

5. Strong problem-solving abilities
