You will work alongside other skilled Technician and should be able to read instructions and communicate effectively. -Minimum 2-3 years work experience as MEP maintenance technician in UAE . -Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities. -Submit the daily reports to the supervisor. -Monitor spare parts, tools and equipment required to execute the maintenance work. -Communicate with supervisors in case of major breakdown or Emergency tasks. Follow the safety regulations and procedures while performing the maintenance work -Routine building inspection and PPM follow up. -Full experience installing servicing and troubleshooting HVAC Technician, AC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems issues. -Have good verbal and written communications skills. -Preferably with a diploma or certificate in any related abovementioned field/course. -Be well organized and able to multi-task. Answering telephones and taking appointments. -Assist in report preparation and inventory management -Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests. -Assist with weekly/ monthly reports. -Carry out multi skilled activities within the engineering remit. -Control of sub-contractors PPM visit.
