What is a MEP Supervisor?

A MEP Supervisor is a person who oversees and manages the work of MEP Engineers. They are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the engineering project are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

What qualifications are required to become a MEP Supervisor?

A person who wishes to become a supervisor must have at least 2 years working experience as an MEP technician, and should possess strong technical skills. Supervisors also need good people management skills and the ability to work independently.

What are the skills required to become a MEP Supervisor?

1. Experience working as a supervisor in the food industry or similar field

2. Fluent English and excellent communication skills

3. Knowledge of hygiene, safety, quality control techniques and procedures
