All we need from you... · Must have UAE experience · Worked previously in a maintenance company or facility management company preferably for maintenance of villas and apartments. · Experience in troubleshooting AHU, FCU, Window, Split AC and DX Package units. · Experience in troubleshooting water pump, electrical and other villas related works. · Thorough knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing and AC parts in UAE residential properties. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English · Determination to succeed · Positive and with a strong work ethic · Valid UAE driving license is a must
