Essential: - At least 4-5 years’ overall experience. - Must have at least 2-3 years’ of UAE experience related to his field. - Must have the knowledge working in Building management, Facility Management, Residential management and NOT in a Construction company. - Must have strong skills in their work, and NOT as an assistant only. - Must be professional especially in their field and has the ability to decide on their own. - Must have experience handling technicians and can coordinate with the clients. - Must have computer skills. - Can be flexible and trustworthy.
