Arabic Speaking Sales Merchandiser KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Ensure that the displays are in order and the coffee island is tidy at all time • Regularly clean coffee machines/coffee makers and other equipment • Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are followed • Ensure cleaning of the machines, and the cleaning checklists are always updated • Stock monitoring to Ensure replenishment of supplies are regularly delivered such as coffee beans, bags, coffee cups, barcodes, etc. Ensure grinding machine and weighing machine are not malfunctioning and well Maintained • Welcomes customer by greeting them, communicating well with them and offer them assistance • Demonstrate product knowledge aligned with the customer’s inquiries to encourage them patronize MSM products • Responsible for daily inventory of the products • Endorse well to colleague before leaving the post/duty • Perform other related duties as assigned • Relocation as per operational needs • Behave in a professional manner and show positive attitude with customers and co-workers • Apply all dress code and personal hygiene standards set by the company • Ensure quality and food or beverage safety standards are always met and applied. • Always meet and respect the schedule needs as per operational needs • Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
