1. The person must have a driver's license and be able to operate power tools.

2. Must know how to read blueprints or drawings of wind turbines in order to properly fit the parts together.

3 Experience with motorized equipment is helpful but not required, as training can be provided on site at the plant where they will work.

4 Ability to stay calm under pressure while working rapidly is key - Motor Winders need to maintain precision during installation, maintenance and repairs on large machines!

5 A minimum of two years experience wrenching on big engines would be ideal for this position
