A motor winder is a device used to automatically wind up electric motors. It does this by turning the rotor of the motor faster and slower, in a controlled manner. This helps keep the blades spinning so that power can be delivered to it steadily over time.
A person who wants to become a motor winder must have an understanding of electricity and motors. They also need good hand-eye coordination, working knowledge of industrial tools, and be physically fit.
-The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
-Strong mechanical skills, including the ability to use hand tools
-Basic understanding of electrical wiring and motors
