Duties: • Handing company telephone calls. • Handle the checking and distribution of incoming mail, office correspondence, submissions, reports, material, and answers to routine letters to ensure that these are addressed properly and timely. • Data entry of Job Details in Excel. • Preparing Quotation, LPO, Delivery Note, Etc. • Reporting daily activity at end of the day. Skill/Experience: • Experience Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel & Online tender. • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English & preferably Arabic. • Team working skills • Flexibility & energetic Salary depends on experience. An Office Admin is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a company’s office. This includes managing email, calendars, files and other administrative tasks.
