The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management. Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies. Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required. Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution. Maintains office supplies inventory. Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

A Office Admin is a person who oversees the daily operations of an office. This can include managing employees, overseeing budgets, and ensuring that all paperwork is up to date.
A degree in business administration, computer science, or related field is required. Office admin experience and proficiency with office software programs are also important requirements.
1. Excellent organizational skills - must be able to keep track of multiple projects and tasks at once, manage deadlines accurately, and stay on top of changes in office procedures.
2. Strong computer literacy - must be knowledgeable about Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email management tools (Gmail, Outlook) and networking protocols (LDAP).
3. Good communication skills -must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers both verbally and through written correspondence; also need to know how to handle difficult customer or client situations calmly/professionally.
4. Keen eye for detail - needs good attention span as well as the ability to spot minor discrepancies that could lead tot larger problems down the line; also responsible for maintaining office equipment including printers/copiers etc..
5. Skilled problem solver – often called upon when something goes wrong in an office setting requiring quick thinking on behalf of the adminstrator in order resolve issue swiftly
