Job Description

1. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency 2. Maintain files and records with effective filing systems Schedule agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management 3. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) 4. Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.) 5. Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system 6. Welcome visitors and internal employees with a cheerful disposition 7. Support team with data entries and compiling documents. 8. Assist in vendor relationship management 9. Project coordination to complete the tasks as per the importance. 10. Should have excellent communication (writing and speaking) skills.
