A staff member in an office is someone who helps with tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, or filing papers. They may also help to run errands or organize the office.
1. A Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business or a related field is required.
2. Ability to use office equipment and software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Access is essential.
3. Previous experience working in an administrative setting is preferred but not necessary; training provided will cover the basics of the job duties.
4. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays depending on business needs/schedule changes etc..
5. Completion of FBI criminal background check (unless exempt) prior to placement into any position within our organization
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Proven experience in a office setting, preferably an administrative or clerical position
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
