A Online Sales Executive is responsible for developing, executing and monitoring online sales strategies. They work with the Marketing team to create effective web campaigns that drive traffic to websites and convert leads into customers. The Online Sales Executive also works closely with the Customer Service department in order to resolve any issues or complaints related to customer service inquiries made through website purchases.
1. A minimum of two years working in an online sales role is generally required to qualify for the position of Online Sales Executive.
2. Strong communication, customer service and networking skills are essential for success as an Online Sales Executive.
3. Demonstrated experience managing and executing a successful ecommerce marketing campaign is often desired by employers in this field.
4 Effective time management abilities are also necessary to be successful as an Online Sales Executive; often times there are numerous demands on one's schedule due to the ever-growing competition within this industry sector..
