The Responsibilities: Effective calendar management. Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks Handling and responding to correspondence including emails and invites as directed Travel coordination - book tickets, hotels, and visas for regional and global destinations Keep track of Directors' personal real estate properties related matters such as AMCs, tenancy expirations, etc and coordinate renewals as applicable Maintain and update the list of the key contacts for ready reference Coordinate with the Finance department for processing of payments Qualifications & Skills criteria: Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Exceptional interpersonal skills. 1-2 years of prior experience in ticketing & processing tourist/visit visa applications for EU, Africa, South East Asia, and other countries Excellent ability to script formal letters and emails Great attention to detail and love of organization Maintain a high level of discretion Build and maintain effective working relationships in the Headquarters and across the Company
