A project manager is responsible for the overall success of a project. They coordinate and manage all aspects of the project, from planning to execution. A goodproject manager also has strong communication skills, as they must be able to convey information clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders. Additionally, aprojectmanager should have experience with various software development tools and methodologies, so that they can choose the most appropriate approachfor each particular situation.
1. Proven experience as a project manager in a commercial or industrial setting
2. Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills
3. Excellent knowledge of software development processes and tools
4. Experience with estimating and budgeting techniques
5. Solid working knowledge of computers, software programs and data management
