What is a Project Manager?

A project manager is responsible for managing a project from its inception to completion. They ensure all aspects of the project are organized, communicated and executed in an effective and efficient manner. A goodproject manager has experience with multiple types of projects, preferably within a technical or engineering field. Additionally, they have excellent problem solving skills and knowledge about how to manage budgets effectively.

3. Demonstrated competence in managing budgets, resources, and communications with team members

4. Thorough understanding of complex project management tools such as Gantt charts or PERT diagrams
