Real Estate- Consultant Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within UAE Real Estate/ Property management Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Duties and Responsibilities • Provides advice to client’s commercial real estate investors, lenders, or property developer • To help them make financial decisions about real estate transactions • Strong Lease/Sales Negotiation and Communication • Good knowledge of leasing/Sales rules and regulations • Disciplined and organized • Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets • Ability to work independently and as a team, combined with excellent interpersonal skills • Networking with agents and property Owners/Landlords
