Real Estate (PROPERTY COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATOR) Full Job Description (IMPORTANT NOTE: Please read full Job Description before applying as we are very specific on our required skills and requirements otherwise do not apply) Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Listing homes or properties (warehouses, camp, villa, shops, offices, etc.) for sale, usually on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) • Publish all documents on Trakheesi System and get Trakheesi permits. • Prepare Ejari / Tenancy Contracts, Sale Agreements and other documentation as required. • Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings. • Sharing brokerage listings with other MLS brokers to get buyers to go to listings • Advising home sellers on how they better prepare their home for listing and showings • Reporting results and feedback of the sale to sellers • Helping buyers locate properties within their desired geographical area, price range and other criteria • Assisting buyers with visiting properties • Working with buyers during the sale • Publish high quality listings on a CRM and online portals. • Ensure all listings are verified and supported by documentation. • Schedule property viewing appointments and assign properties to agents. • Follow up with agents and clients on property viewings and update in system. • Active follow up with developers and secure new listings for the firm. • Understand client requirements, and present several options to buyers/tenants for their property search to short-list properties and finalise the deal. • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds. • Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles. • Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets. • Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms. • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price. Key Skills: • Familiarity with real estate laws • Ability to handle stress and operate under deadlines • Well versed in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Verified experience in the Dubai Real Estate field. • Supervisory skills • Self-motivated and a team player. • Excellent organization and time-management. Our requirements: • Minimum 5 years proven Dubai real estate market experience • High standard of written and spoken English (more languages is a plus) • Excellent communication skills • Own car and/or valid UAE driving license
