We are looking for a Property Consultant with a Real Estate experience, previously worked in off plan and leasing. Work responsibilities: Providing guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and buying real estate at the right price and on the best terms. Determine customer needs and financial capabilities to propose solutions that suit them Intermediate negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing Conduct a comparative market analysis to estimate the value of real estate Presentation and marketing of real estate to potential buyers Preparing the necessary papers (contracts, leases, bonds, closing statements, etc.) Managing real estate auctions or exchanges Maintain and update lists of available properties Collaborate with appraisers, businesses, lenders, and home inspectors Develop networks and collaborate with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and contractors Boost sales through ads, open houses, and listing services Stay informed of real estate markets and best practices Work requirements: Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Representative Ability to work independently along with excellent track interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships easily Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Good communication skills Excellent time management and punctuality Plus if the candidate has a UAE driving license (This job is an incentive salary structure and graded commissions from 35% to 50% depending on the experience of top performers.)
