The qualifications required to become a Property Consultant vary depending on the particular company or organization that is hiring. However, typically property consultants will have at least five years of experience in real estate and/or leasing, as well as strong marketing and communication skills. Additionally, many companies require candidates to hold a degree in real estate or related field.
