A qa/qc head is a person who leads or oversees quality assurance and quality control processes in an organization.

What qualifications are required to become a qa/qc head?

1. A minimum of 5 years experience in quality assurance or Quality control; 2. Experience managing and directing a team of QA/QC professionals; 3. Previous experience working with software testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, etc.; 4. Proven track record for driving improvements in product quality; 5. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
