Roles & Responsibilities: · Follow company and official governmental HSE Standard & Procedure. · Have experience to work in food industry · Understanding of the market and client needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams. · Implementing ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods. · Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them. · Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance. · Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance. · Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines. · Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards. · Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products. · Implementing Standard Operational Procedures to be followed by all. · Train the production team and raise awareness for food & personal hygiene · Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis. · Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors. · Dealing with Dubai Municipality, Managing Food Watch platform. · Perform other QC works. Job Type: Full-time Qualifications: *Bachelor Degree in Science Field *Minimum of 03 – 05 Years’ experience in QA/QC role *Experience in ISO 22**0; HACCP and relevant certificates is mandatory *Certifications in Basic Food Hygiene and PIC is an advantage *Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience and health authority compliance *Experience with implementation of corrective action programs *Product or industry-specific experience *Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA *Extensive knowledge of relevant certifications and regulatory requirements
