A quality controller is someone who oversees the production of goods or services and ensures that they meet certain standards. They may be responsible for ensuring that products are produced in a consistent manner, checking ingredients to make sure they're safe, investigating complaints about product quality, and more.
1. A quality controller should have at least a bachelor's degree in engineering, business or management.
2. They need to be able to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
3. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
4. Quality controllers need excellent communication skills, as they are often required to work with other departments within an organization on process improvement initiatives and product development projects.
5. In addition, they should have experience working with manufacturing processes and systems

3. Proven track record of excellence in quality control or related field
