A quality controller is a person who ensures that the company's products and services meet customer expectations. They work to ensure that all aspects of production are performed in an acceptable manner, from manufacturing to shipping. A quality controller should have a minimum of five years experience in manufacturing or related field, strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities. Additionally, they must be able to effectively manage resources while meeting deadlines.
The skills required to become a Quality Controller typically include experience in quality assurance and process improvement, knowledge of manufacturing operations, good communication and organisational skills.
