A quality manager is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet customer expectations. They work with the product development team to ensure that new products are developed in a way that meets customers' needs, as well as performing inspections on finished products to make sure they meet specification. Quality managers also help develop procedures and protocols so thatQuality Assurance (QA) can be carried out effectively.
1. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
2. Experience managing quality programs and processes is desired, but not required.
3. Strong leadership skills are necessary to manage teams of professionals working towards ensuring high quality products and services are delivered on time, within budget; while complying with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
4 Good communication, problem solving, organizing abilities as well as strong organizational skills will be needed to effectively lead the Quality Department/Team(s).
5 The ideal candidate has experience leading change initiatives (improvements) within an organization where there was resistance from some quarters - this shows that they can take ownership of achieving results while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Job Summary • Responsible for all aspects related to project quality assurance and quality control. • Reviews the project-specific quality plan, inspection, and test plans, check-sheets, method statements, MTS, MIR, SIR and related procedures. • Implementation of the Quality Management & Control program for the project. • Controlling all inspection activities on site. • Completion of the necessary documentation to verify the work performed and full control of QA/QC documentation works. • Ensuring that inspection requests are implemented. • Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements. • To ensure all materials delivered to the site are inspected and confirm to specified requirements. • Clear all Non-Conformance Reports/ SOR issued by Consultants and ensure follow up. • Report to the Project Manager / QC Manager any deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System. • Completion of final quality documentation such as O & M, As- Built, Training manual, etc in a presentable manner, in accordance with the condition of the contract.
