A quality supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality of products or services being produced. They may be assigned to one specific area, such as manufacturing, or work across a variety of areas. Quality supervisors typically have at least an college degree in business, engineering, or related field and are skilled in problem solving and critical thinking. They also often have experience working with teams and managing projects.
A. A minimum of two years experience in a quality or manufacturing environment is required.
B. Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies is strongly recommended.
C. Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills are necessary to be successful as a Quality Supervisor.
D. Strong leadership qualities are also essential for the role of Quality Supervisor because they must be able to motivate their team members and manage expectations effectively

Role Purpose: To test, document, troubleshoot, and prepare the products to be ready for sales.
