Job Description Interior Fit Out Company urgently looking for Quantity Surveyor/ The position mainly includes the following responsibilities. Estimating and cost planning for the pre-tender stage. Preparing tender documents and BOQ for the projects . Interfacing with the client and consultant, Negotiating with vendors All major strategic procurement from the identification of approved materials, verifying quantities as per the plan vs actual. Working closely with suppliers and clients to improve operation and reduce probable costs while project executions · Coordination with the project manager and site engineer · Coordinating with procurement advising on supply constraints, forecast information or products, recommendation on alternative products, push through scheduling of orders, reports on order status, etc . · Monitors and prepares cost variations . Prepare approved material samples for the projects. Job Types: Full-time,
