Quantity Surveyor Job in United Arab Emirates

(Only with attached CV can be entertain) Company activities are Floor Screed, Waterproofing, MMA flooring, Epoxy coating etc. · Review the architectural drawings and prepare quantity take off and BOQ. · Should have very well knowledge about subcontract agreements · Should have very well knowledge about shop drawings and preparation of shop drawings. · Should be able to estimate marital consumption and cost. · Preparation of monthly claims, follow up and get it successfully certified by the client. · Review and certify subcon claims. · Co-ordinate with clients, arrange meetings and solve discrepancies. · Identify and follow up the variation claims, and take approval. · Co-ordinate with site team, and make sure everything executed as per contract terms. · All posting in the system need to be done on time, and make sure the reports are correct and submit to the management on time.
