Job requirements: · Real estate sales experience is a must. Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market and RERA rules and regulations. · Email/calling/WhatsApp sellers and landlords for new property listings. · Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values, and property legislation. · Qualifying potential buyers/tenants. · Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads. · Negotiating offers and contracts negotiation. · Driving license is required.
