What is a Real Estate Sales?

A real estate sale is the transfer of ownership in land or property. This can include residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. The process typically begins with an offer to purchase which may be accepted or declined by the seller. After a contract has been signed, legal documentation must be filed including title searches and appraisals if desired by either party. Once all paperwork is complete, closing normally occurs within 30 days unless there are delays due to inspections/clarifications from authorities

What qualifications are required to become a Real Estate Sales?

1. Real Estate Salesperson must have a valid real estate license
