What is a Real Estate Sales?

1. A real estate sales is an event in which a home is sold by its owner to another party.

2. The sale typically occurs when the homeowner wants or needs to move and doesn't have time or money to market and sell their property on their own accord, so they choose to list it with a realtor instead of trying do it themselves.

3. Real estate agents work together as part of a team, representing both buyer(s) and seller (the homeowner), during the entire process from start to finish- this includes preparing listings, conducting marketing campaigns, negotiating deals and overseeing inspections/closing ceremonies once everything has been finalized .

4 .The average U .S . residential property sells for $285K-$500K; however prices can vary substantially depending upon location , size etc., etc

What qualifications are required to become a Real Estate Sales?

1. A license or certification from the state in which they are selling real estate is usually required

2. Experience as a real estate agent is preferred but not always necessary

3. Knowledge of local and regional markets is critical, along with strong negotiating and sales skills

4. Excellent customer service abilities are essential - often times it's the small things that count when working with clients, such as showing up on time for appointments or following through after transactions have been completed

5. Being able to work well under pressure is also important
