A real estate sales is the purchase and sale of property.
A real estate agent must have a valid Real Estate License in the state where they are selling. They must be able to read, write and understand English well enough to perform all required duties of being an agent including prospecting, taking appointments, handling transactions and follow up with clients. Agents usually need at least 2 years experience as a professional salesperson before applying for licensure. Some states may also require proof of criminal background check or education in real estate principles/practice
1. Knowledge of real estate industry and laws.
2. Excellent communication and writing skills.
3. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to stay on task and manage multiple tasks simultaneously effectively .
4. Proven sales experience (preferably in a residential setting).
5. Demonstrated knowledge of market trends
